[ Review - Black Hole ]
Every graphics request site has 'em. Why? To make our job easier and to give you better quality. So, here's ours. Please note that these can change at any time. One of us may run into a situation which makes me add or change a rule. Also remember these are general rules. Each artist has a small set of what they will and won't do. Both sets apply. Please read this entire page over as it contains important things you need to know.
Rules
1. You must have a valid email address. How else are we going to get it to you? If you change your email, it is YOUR
responsibility to let the requested artist know. Otherwise, you won't get your picture.
2. A valid website is preferred, but not necessary. If you do have a website, We would like the address.
3. If you display the requested art ANYWHERE, you must give the artist and Tabletop Sketches proper credit. This involves a link to this site. You can use a text link or a handy button. I really don't care. Just as long as you give proper credit, we'll be happy.
3b. If you have a website, the link MUST be up there before you can request again. At the very LEAST, add "This picture by [artist name here] from Tabletop Sketches" or something similar. If we've done pictures for you before, and that credit is not there, you will not get another request until credit is up. Plain and simple.
4. The character you request must be of your own making. With otaku senshi, this can run into trouble because a lot of otaku senshi are very similar. If you send someone that we think is just a rip of another character, we'll ask you to prove that it's yours. THIS INCLUDES RPG AND OTHER CHARACTERS!
4b. No clone characters. If your character is basicly the same as a character in a series, with just different hair, we won't do it. So don't ask.
5. Be as detailed as possible!!! If we have a question, we'll email you to clarify something. However, when the picture is finished, none of us are going back and redoing it!! It takes way to much time to do so. Also, if you know of a pose you like, and can describe it, do so. No promises, but we'll try our best.
6. If you already have some pictures of your character, please let us know! It will help GREATLY if we can see a few pictures. You're more likely to get the picture that you want.
7. No more than one request per artist at a time. Period. If you request from a bunch of us at the same time, your request won't be done.
8. No profanity, hentai, ect. Pretty self-explanitory.
9. Each artist has their own schedue of requesting, so please honor their wishes! Because everyone's schedule is different, each artist has their own pace. That's their descision, so please be respectful of that.
I'm not going to put any trick questions on the form. Well, not now. I'm going to try it for a while without that. If we get lots of inappropriate requests, that will change.
Once your submission form is recieved, the artist will add you to their waiting list. You'll know if your submission went through because you'll get an automatic email sent to your address, so make sure the email addy is correct! If you submitted and didn't get the automatic email within two days,
and let me know. Don't submit with that addy, just let me know who you are and why you're writing to me. We'll work it out from there.
If you fail to follow the rules the first time, We won't 'blacklist' you. There is a link above called 'Review'. If you haven't heard from one of us in two weeks, check that link. If you've forgotten something, or misspelled something, you can find out there how to correct this. If you're not on there, that means there's either something wrong with the artist's email or you've really messed something up. Re-read the rules and try again.
However, if you're rude, uncooperative, or are intent on stealing someone else's character, you'll be listed in the black hole. I won't put your email or website address up, but if you're in the black hole, you can't submit again. And if you've stolen a character we will be contacting the owner of that character and let them deal with you.
I think that covers it all. Ready to submit?
