Yes, that's correct. TTS is closing. This was never more than a random idea, and seems to have fallen off the face of the earth lately, so I'm closing the doors.
I don't think there is anyone on an actual waiting list, but if there is, please contact me and I'll see what I can do.
If you're looking for someone to do request art, I would suggest heading over to ToT, where there are many talented artists just waiting for something to do. I had fun, but all things must end, and this TTS's ending.
